Our eco-luxury resort comprises of 56 teakwood pool villas and 170 deluxe rooms where most of the villas and rooms come with a panoramic sea view. All villa pools are filled with a certain concentration of purified seawater to align with international standards of saltwater swimming pools.

Fancy Black Night is a fun event with amazing performances by students from Baan Taruea School in Koh Yao Yai.
Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa has been giving scholarship and charity about 1,600THB weekly or 6,400 THB monthly to support the children education.
Moreover, Santhiya’s guests who join the event also participate in donation for the children. The school will be spending donated money on needed school supplies and improving school system.
