Our eco-luxury resort comprises of 56 teakwood pool villas and 170 deluxe rooms where most of the villas and rooms come with a panoramic sea view. All villa pools are filled with a certain concentration of purified seawater to align with international standards of saltwater swimming pools.
• The guests will get 5% discount for Santhiya's transfer service only.
• The guests will get 15% discount for all outlets (except outsource services) in high season.
• The guests will get 25% discount for all outlets (except outsource services) in low season.

Our new 2,000 sq.ft. indoor playground is now opened from 10:00 – 18:00 hrs. daily only. Playhouse, Trampoline, Merry-go-rounds, slides, swings and other playground equipment are provided. Read the playground rules and have fun in the children’s land at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa.
