Thai Boxing Class

Every Tuesday and Friday from 14pm. – 15pm. Complementary

Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort&Spa are proud to have our own Muay Thai boxing ring, located near by the swimming pool. This is a very energetic highly aerobic sport and to be beside the beach when working out with one of our instructors is a real bonus.

We have all the protective equipment including training gloves, shin guards, focus mitts and kick pads for practicing the kicking and punching combinations particular to this sport. Our Recreation teams are well experienced and able to provide lessons for children right up to experienced martial arts enthusiasts.
